Fees & Insurance
Please contact me for an initial free phone consultation. I will discuss my fees with you at that time
I do not accept insurance but I am happy to provide you with a statement to present to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Remember to check your insurance coverage carefully by asking your insurance company a few questions:
- Do I have mental health coverage?
- Do I have coverage for an out-of-network provider?
- Do I have a yearly deductible I must meet before being eligible to receive benefits?
- How many sessions are allowed per calendar year? Is prior approval required?
Payments & Cancellations
Payment for treatment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made with me in advance. Check or Venmo is accepted.
Your session time is reserved only for you. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
